Almost no PHP app is run without OPCache, also some frameworks are optimized for this.

And PHP 8.5 come by default with OPCache installed.

Hi. When I did benchmarks for Maravel and Maravelith locally I noticed that even if you reset the opcache, it is rebuilding the cache during those 60 s if opcache is enabled in php.
