Goal

AccessForge is the most mature product (v1.34.0, 1410 tests, MIT license, white-label ready). It should be the first revenue-generating product.

Tasks

• Finalize subscription/billing integration (Stripe or Wix Payments)
• Complete white-label branding flow for agency accounts
• Set up a demo instance with sample documents
• Create a landing page with pricing
• Identify and outreach to 5 target customers (agencies, schools, consultants)

Context

WCAG compliance is a legal requirement for government and education. This is the closest product to revenue.
