Add dependency on angular in bower.json

Gulp production builds break because the directive does not explicitly depend on angular, and can get loaded before angular, causing the following:

Unable to get property 'module' of undefined or null reference
  at src/main/webapp/bower_components/angular-auto-focus/angular-auto-focus.js:9
