MSP Web Scraping

This repository is for all the demo codes which were used for the session Automation using Web Scraping in Python on 16/05/2020 from 4:00PM IST to 05:15PM IST, conducted by MSPs Kshitij Sangar and Naman Modi.

Dependencies

• Selenium: (https://selenium-python.readthedocs.io/installation.html)

  If you already have pip installed you can run the following code:
  pip3 install selenium

• Web Driver

  Depending on the web browser you are using, you will need to install the webdriver.

  Steps to download the webdriver

  1. Open a tab in your browser. Go into the settings and find out it's version number.
  2. Visit this Site : https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/chromedriver/downloads
  3. Download the driver that matches the version number of your chrome. And you are good to go.

Getting Started

While running any of the programs from this repository, please input the path to the webdriver(in our case Chrome Driver) as an argument.
