I have been able to load the KTZ theme just fine for years up until a short while ago.
Since an unrelated reboot I get a black screen when attempting to apply the theme, or login with it selected.
Tried SecureUxTheme 3 and 4 (loaded just fine with 4)
UltraUXThemePatcher says the following, and since I changed to a 4K monitor at the same time as the reboot might this be the explanation? I haven't touch DPI (100% scaling), and there isn't a reboot
Problem - After patching on Windows 10 and login into, the PC get black screen and reboots
A 4k monitor or higher uses a special resolution, therefor themes are necessary that support 200% DPI
