This broke my ENTIRE COMPUTER

I installed it, restarted, and everything is now breaking apart.
None of my audio drivers work. Only one monitor will be on at a time (usually my drawing tablet, not even my main. My Steam registry fiiles broke and needed repair. Nothing seems to fix it. I didnt make a system restore point before installing. I had no idea it would break this BAD

I cant follow that guide because I cant get into the recovery environment command prompt because I need to log in and I cant remember my windows account password and the only way to change it opens up a grey dialogue box which closes after half a second and this happens every time I try to do it

I dont know what to do at this point. I even asked chatgpt (lol) it told me to reinstall Windows 10. Im considering it, but Im afraid to make things worse at this point

I managed to fix the problem, I used MediaCreationTool to reinstall my windows stuff and now my pc is back to normal. Not without a lot of distress though

Nevermind, I still can't use my second monitor. I genuinely don't know what's going on

Salut y as moyen que le registre c'est cassé !! Sa y ressemble beaucoup je suis a fond dans le registre en se moment et a mon avis lord de l'installation sa a tous décaler clé !!! Le top comme tu as fais sa a Rémi le registre a zéro manque de chance tes instalation ne son pas toute automatique il faut que tu désinstallé tous les pilote de ta tablette redémarre et rebranche la sa devrai fonctionner

I highly doubt this is a tablet driver issue, since tablet drivers arent necessary for connecting it, it connected to my laptop (other computer) fine. My drawing tablet drivers are only to make actual use of the pen on it.

Also the drawing tablet driver seems just fine and i can use the pen, while the computer itself refuses to have more than 1 monitor in use at a time. If i plug in my drawing tablet, it'll disconnect my main monitor, and vice versa...

I also used MediaCreationTool, and it successfully fixed my audio drivers, but other major parts of my computer are still broken, and even new issues arose after using MediaCreationTool, like popups saying Windows tried to set up a feature but couldn't do it. My PC is still in bad shape

c'est tous a fait normal le registre a des lien corromput il faut le reinitialisé par un registre vierge d'une installation windows ensuite vous relancer vos application pour reecrire dessus pareil pour la tablette sa fonctionnera

pour tout installation qui ne fonctionnera plus il sufira de faire reinstaller pardessu ce existant pour ecraser les lien dans le registre come sa vous concerver vos donné dans les application qui ne fonctionne pas

i already got new registry files using MediaCreationTool, it still doesn't work
