Vanishing context menu redmine 5.0.5.stable

when i add the plugin in redmine 5.0.5, the right-click context menu only shows upon clicking the top rows. when i scroll down half a screen and further, the context menu moves down the further i scroll until it is off screen.

https://github.com/maxrossello/sidebar_hide
It seems well maintained and does not have this issue.

Exact same issue here, udpated to https://github.com/maxrossello/sidebar_hide (5.0 branch because i am on 5.0.5) and issue is gone.
