Broken links

Hello, I'm studying umbrella applications and this one looks very interesting, but sadly all links to hex packages are broken.

I couldn't find documentation and for init dev it is asking env variables but there is not clue about how they look like.

Please try to setup the app again, I would help documenting during my research.
