Major architecture shifts since this thread was written for v4.8.0:

• Service layer extraction: 3 → 12 services across 6 passes. ~1,164 LOC of controller logic relocated into focused services under app/Services/. BookingController 1035 → 397 LOC; AdminSettingsController 494 → 351; ComplianceController 327 → 82; etc.
• BookingController split: 1035 → 640 LOC — check-in swap guest-booking calendar-events extracted to focused controllers.
• Modular UX platform: 68-module registry + runtime toggle + per-module JSON Schema config editor (via opis/json-schema 2.6.0), admin-UI-driven.
• Laravel Policies: 3 → 11 policies (Vehicle, Webhook, Notification, Favorite, Tenant, Announcement, AuditLog, Widget added).
• FormRequest migration complete: 0 → 98 FormRequest classes. Only 6 intentional skips remain (browser-defined payloads, wizard dispatch).
• PHPStan baseline shrunk 1795 → 727 lines (−60 %) via @property PHPDoc + @mixin on resources.
• Multi-tenancy enforcement: admin analytics + CSV exports pin explicit tenant predicates; rate-limit cache keys tenant-namespaced.
