What is this PR?
This PR is for publishing natsuneko-laboratory/git-lfs-proxy as a fully functional OSS Git LFS Proxy server implementation to NPM and making it easy to use.
This allows it to be handled by, for example, Cloudflare Workers or a physical machine on the local network, rather than being fixed to the Vercel + S3 platform.
When will this PR be merged?
