Feature Request: Throttle Web Screen Grabs #71

Some of my HTTP servers are showing blank, or just barely capturing the background colors and not displaying the actual home screen. For comparison, ran EyeWitness on same targets and all screen captures come in fine. I gotta think it's a throttling issue. Would like to slow down the screen grab process for Web that's happening on the backend. Tried reducing image size to 640x480, reduced threads to 1, increased threads to 20. Cannot get Scrying to render many HTTP/HTTPS images. Not looking for an HTTP/HTTPS timeout, but rather just want to slow it down a bit when grabbing the images to give it time to render.
