Dead link in readme

The link at the beginning of the readme that goes to the companion site is a dead link.

This should now be fixed, and the documentation in that website up-to-date with the current README contents.

To make this process automatic in the future, could you:

1. Go to the Settings page for this project
2. Click Webhooks and then Add webhook
3. For Payload URL, use the URL of the integration on Read the Docs, found on the integration detail page page. This is: readthedocs.org/api/v2/webhook/swift-t-variant-calling/20291/
4. For Content type, both application/json and application/x-www-form-urlencoded work
5. Select Just the push event
6. Finish by clicking Add webhook

Hey Azza, since we moved this repo from my page to the NCSA page, I do not have access to the settings, as I am not an admin on this repo. I tried to reach out and get this fixed once, but nothing ever happened.

I'll reach out to get this changed, and complete the changes you want.
