[BUG] The last character doesn't appear in the ASCII panel for each address lines on Windows

The last character doesn't appear in the ASCII panel for each address lines on Windows.

I'm noticing that it depends of the window size. Sometimes, when the window is resized, the Hex panel add (or remove) an hex value while the ASCII panel is not adding (or removing) a char simultaneously.
