Background

As referenced in #547, we ensure Chain Abstraction MCP services are working properly and showcased for developers.

User Story

As a developer looking to leverage Chain Abstraction on NEAR, I would like a clear example of how one NEAR account can control assets on XRP.

Acceptance Criteria

• multi-chain example repo showcases controlling of assets on XRP
• Add to docs that we now support XRP (also, add all other missing coins)
