Migrate the documentation build system from mkdocs to Zensical.
Justification
The original mkdocs project appears to no longer maintained. Its ostensible successor, dubbed mkdocs 2.0 but perhaps more accurately described as a fork, does not support mkdocs-material and thus is not a viable option. The migration effort appears to be pretty minimal.
Note: NetBox has already migrated.
