Feature Request: Add ability to move certain banner types to system notification.

It would be nice to move some of the banners to Notifications.

I tend to multi-task, and having some of the banners pop up as a system notification would be helpful. If the list below had the option of being done as a system notification, it would be nice.

Here is a list of POSSIBLE Banner types, which are self-explanatory.
