Trouble for one user if 2 are connected to same brain

We experienced some trouble when we were connected to the same brain, both in MRI mode, and I was segmenting, sometimes the page would freeze for the other user connected. It would work for some time, we could chat and interact on the viewer. But then something made it freeze on one end.
