Error in base::rowMeans(x, na.rm = na.rm, dims = dims, ...) : 'x' must be an array of at least two dimensions

Dear all,

I am trying to run Libra on my dataset. But I encounter the following error: Error in base::rowMeans(x, na.rm = na.rm, dims = dims, ...) :'x' must be an array of at least two dimensions.

I have tried to change my seurat object form v5 to v3 but it does not work.
I also tried using the pseudobulk matrix but I get the same error.

Do you know how to save this error ?

For me, it was because one of my clusters (cell_type_col) only had one cell in one condition (label_col). You can remove such clusters from your Seurat object like this:

t <- as.data.frame(table(my.obj$seurat_clusters, my.obj$Condition))
clust.remove <- unique(t[t$Freq == 1, "Var1"])
my.obj <- subset(my.obj, idents = clust.remove, invert = TRUE)
