ENH: add support for idefix-xdfm

@dutta-alankar built the foundation of XDMF support for Pluto data in this package, and recently added the feature to Idefix itself. It would make a lot of sense to add support for XDMF-formatted Idefix outputs here.
I don't have a personal use for it so I can't guarantee I'll do it myself, but I'll gladly help anyone who would like to give it a try.

I am interested to give this a try. But I’ll probably not be able to do this soon as I’m a bit busy finishing up a paper. But I can probably start working on this in about a month if no one else does it by then.
