Describe the feature you'd like
I request the ability to define a separate game.cfg file for each mod and to enforce a default setting for the base game upon launch via Haruspis. It should be possible to create a custom game.cfg, but Discord Presence must be able to display it incase it detects specific bad settings.

Changing to a focus towards the user.cfg, since this can use all settings without having the bloat in the game.cfg, allowing for a clean and easily managed

The user.cfg should have a starting option list of the following settings and hovering over them should show a simple explanation

1. -RenderSquadPlotter (show hidden obstruction for some commands)
2. NewSkirmish (disabling this will enable the dev menu, allowing for FFA and uneven teams, works only with a controller)
3. -Player1AI (swaps the player1 with a AI in skirmish, this will break the game once a AI is destroyed)
4. -NoParticles⁩ (removes all particles, however prevents the game from crashing due to reaching the particle limit, which is a common crash within the bigger mods)
5. -SplitScreen (Currently no known way to use this, however someone may know how to get a second account on windows so that hw shows the option to join)
