Read input OpenMC decay chain file

OpenMC offers nuclide chains in xml format. nchainplotter must be able to plot the content of these files. The tool should not be distributed with nuclide chain data bases that are already available publicly, as it happens with OpenMC files.

It could be wise to validate the xml file by means of an xml schema. Please check that OpenMC provides an existing one. It could be necessary to add descriptions to data values, such as a legend for the different decay and transmutation channel types, to improve the xml scheme comprehension.

OpenMC offers three pre-generated XML files providing depletion chains that can be used as reference. They can be found at https://openmc.org/depletion-chains/.

Decay chain files are not expected to contain microscopic reaction rate values because these are case-dependent data.
