How to provide case-dependent reaction rate data associated to an input decay chain file

_nchainplotter_ needs retrieving microscopic reaction rates for transmutation channels originated by neutron-induced reactions. These rates depend on the neutron flux spectrum, being case dependent. The use of external tool could be considered.
