Missing entity name for lambda logs

Lambda logs are tied to an Entity

Feature Description

If a newrelic.ini feel or env var for NEW_RELIC_APP_NAME is provided, it should use it for entity name?
If lambda logs are tied to an Entity, it would help create a workload for the logs.

Any workaround to add entity name? Or is there a schedule for this feature to be done?
