Two small CI follow-ups:
codecov/codecov-actionto a commit SHA (0fb7174# v5) intest-release-tools.yml, matching the repo's SHA-pinning convention for actions.paths:filter fromtest-updater-script.ymlso it runs on every push tomainand every PR, not only when those files change.(
test-build-scripts.ymlis not on main, andtest-milestone-scripts.ymlwas removed with the PHP migration, so no change needed there.)
