Wrong server URL for iOS / macOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Create some calendars
2. Click on parameters
3. The settings windows show the URL https://my-server.com/remote.php/undefined and this URL doesn't work.
4. The documentation https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/32/user_manual/en/groupware/sync_ios.html
   shows another URL : https://example.com:443/remote.php/dav/principals/users/username/
   This one works.

Expected behavior

The settings window should show the good URL.

Actual behavior

The settings window shows a wrong URL.
