[Bug]: Client can not be stopped because he restarts directly after exiting

Bug description

When I try to exit the nextcloud client with the system try menu or by killing the process, it restarts again instantly.

I'm using KDE Plasma on Arch Linux.

Steps to reproduce

1. Exit the client with the system tray menu or exiting the process
2. Watch the system tray icon reappear after a short time and also the nextcloud client started again

Expected behavior

When exiting the client it should not restart again. Except when directly started or when the autostart feature is enabled on the next login.

Hm, interesting... looks like something (something related to libcloudproviders perhaps?) wants to keep the D-Bus service running, and therefore starts it again...

can confirm on my private device running Fedora 41 on Plasma 6.3

As a workaround I removed /usr/share/dbus-1/services/com.nextcloudgmbh.Nextcloud.service, issued a systemctl --user daemon-reload -- then the client didn't restart.

I would like to figure out why it behaves like that though, as this workaround is not a permanent solution ;-)

I can not reproduce this issue any longer on Arch Linux.

Using plain i3 session on Arch here, no Desktop Environment. I noticed NextCloud client is starting during the final stage of the system update, when packman starts running the post-transaction hooks. No idea about which script triggers it.

I can not reproduce this issue any longer on Arch Linux.

I had an older version of the client on my system (I think 2.xx), because it hadn't been updated in Arch's repository. Installing the current version from the git repo solved the problem for me as well.
