Cannot create token in Settings / Security / Devices & session - it does not exist in Nextcloud 18.0.6

I have Nextcloud 18.0.6.
I have successfully completed all the steps for installing your app in your Readme.md, except that I cannot create a password token because although your instructions say "the password needs to be a token generated from the webclient in Settings / Security / Devices & session", there is no such "Devices & session" section in the Security section.

So how can I generate the token, please?
