No means to switch vaults without logging out

Currently, returning to a vault list requires logging out of the active one,  making it infeasible to keep multiple ones open in the same window.

Further, the logout button is well hidden. 

The application might be easier to use if returning to the vault list were more naturally integrated into the navigation layout, and if switching among open vaults were supported.
