Update seqfu to >1.22.1

see telatin/seqfu2#29.

The auN calculation was wrong in some instances for prior versions including seqfu 1.20.3 which is what we have currently.

The current seqfu/stats nf-core module is v1.22.3

Fixed in #133. Current seqfu version is 1.22.3
