It doesn't seem to follow the rarity weights correctly and always generates whatever it likes. I gave # 1 rarity weight to one of the clothing and it doesn't appeared once even in 50 item editions. With more weights like # 10 or # 20 it will always generate 10 or 20 items with that trait and ignore some few lesser ones.
I'm assuming It won't generate much unique editions if a collection is like 4k etc.
