Post new releases to HLP's Highlights. This obviously needs moderator approval.
The posts should include the banner, link to the release thread and link to the Nebula's download page.
I need to consider if posts will be created for each update or if they need to be limited.
Possible limits include:
- time-limited: at most once per day per mod
- based on the version (i.e. only major version changes)
- only for new mods.
I'll probably bring this up on the forum once I can tell how long this would take to implement.
