Clean-up ethereum assets repo with duplicated logos between mixed and low cases addresses

Several token on Ethereum have duplicated logos stored on both addresses with mixed case and low case.

In addition to taking up double the space they should, keeping these two different folders are prone to errors by mixing new and old logos.

I propose to keep only the folder used by LIQUID.
