After I was trying to do a test run with CRiSPy, I noticed an error saying that er was no such file called ./bin/kmerDist or ./bin/genDist. I looked it up and the files were not in the bin. I tried installing CRiSPy multiple times. Each time the genDist and kmerDist were not in the bin after compiling, I have not yet looked up the Makefiles, which I will do later today. But I was wondering if this was a known issue and how to solve this?
