I just noticed the intro feedback and included the suggestions that I could. I'm having trouble getting \tcite{} to compile on my end, so I'll have to fix that.
Also, my writeup for the methods is pretty bad. I've been really concerned about coding and spent most of my "prelim time budget" on getting codes to run. I have the parallel Julia codes running now. I'm impressed at the speedup, but I still have a lot of efficiencies to roll into my implementation.
