Simulating Billions of User Interactions and Optimizing DeepSeek‑Dragon

We cannot literally simulate a billion users, but we can design a scalable feedback loop that aggregates user interactions (queries, response latency, satisfaction ratings) and uses that data to adapt the model in real time. The observations from such a large‑scale deployment lead to several key improvements:

  1. Caching of frequent queries – Reduces latency and compute for repetitive inputs.
  2. Dynamic batch sizing – Adjusts batch size based on current load to maximize throughput.
  3. Online PCN updates – Each user interaction provides a prediction error signal that updates the PCN kernels locally, enabling continuous learning.
  4. User satisfaction as a reward – Fine‑tunes gain parameters (e.g., LGCU learning rate) to align with user preferences.
  5. Adaptive sequence length – Truncates or pads sequences based on observed complexity, saving compute.
