The Monitor doesn't work properly

Probably because the text display mode isn't working quite right?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a ROM.
2. Set PC to 0xFF69
3. You'll get a prompt that's almost but not quite right (*9). If you enter FF69L the output is improperly formatted and you don't get the disassembled code.
