[FEATURE] Put the edit pages on their own route

Summary

It would be helpful to have the edit page(s) on their own URL.

Motivation / Use case

Sometimes I click the edit page to review/edit a given backup and often find myself clicking the back button instead of cancel and ending up on the backup list page instead of back on the individual backup page.

Proposed solution

Put the edit page under e.g. /backups/26/edit
