Unable to connect to Magventure

Hello,

I am trying to connect a Dell laptop, Windows 11 to Magventure X100 machine but am not able to secure a connection. I am also very new to MATLAB. Can someone please guide me how to go about securing a connection?

I am having trouble with the magventureObject = magventure('PortID') command. Are there any steps I am supposed to do before trying this command?

Hi Rafeya, you can also manually enter the port id e.g. magventure('COM3') etc.

Please can you send the screenshot of the error you are getting?
