Thank you very much for developing this toolbox. I’m currently trying to use the MAGIC toolbox to deliver arrhythmic TMS bursts on a Magstim Rapid² via single pulse mode.
While rhythmic trains (5 pulses at 10 Hz over 0.5 s) work perfectly with rTMS mode, my arrhythmic code—which generates five timestamps within 0.5 s (≥20 ms apart) and then loops through r.fire at those delays—only ever discharges two pulses instead of five.
Could you please advise whether MAGIC supports closely spaced (< 200 ms) serial‐triggered pulses, and if not, suggest a reliable workaround or alternative approach for achieving truly arrhythmic burst delivery?
