When trying to sign on, I keep getting the below error:
“Invalid or unsupported Cync configuration, please ensure there is at least one WiFi connected Cync device in your Home(s)”
I’ve tried changing my password to a simple password. The Cync bulbs I’m using are the Reveal Under cabinet lights which I assume qualify as WiFi connected Cync Device. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
