UX: Improve indication when sync is paused

- the pause sync button should probably have pause icon or crossed sync icon - the current icon is unclear
- when sync is paused the only indicator of that is the play button which is not self-explanatory. For better experience it would be nice to have "sync is paused" message under the action bar
