Suggestion: configurable timeout

I have ttrss running on a smaller VM with two cores and 1GB RAM. In some categories, I have a lot of articles, many unread.
On the web, this all works fine. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer for a page load, but I don't care.
In the android app, if I load this category, it often fails. The error in the application says, it's a Timeout.
I tried manually calling the API using curl, that works fine (but slow)

It would be great to have a option to increase the timeout.

I am also running into timeout errors. I can update individual feeds, but if I try to update a category with 3 or more feeds, I get time out errors.

Exception in doRequest(): Exception-Message: timeout No Exception-Clause available.
