how do I actually pack the .obb files

there's two EXEs, "unpack", which unpacks the OBB and "Patch", which patches a modified OBB to a base OBB file
yet there's no command, that I've seen, to just pack the OBB so it can be patched into a base OBB file
am I just missing something or am I supposed to find another way to pack the OBB

That's not yet possible with pyvz2, and not very high on my todo list.
