Deployment

Games are deployed from ../niraj8 (separate repo, GitHub Pages → niraj.fyi). To ship a game: build it here, then copy dist/ into ../niraj8/<game-name>/. Use make ship-<game> or make ship-all.

Per-game design philosophy

• Lexicon — read lexicon/DESIGN.md before any gameplay, visual, or copy change. The "refuge, not product" heuristic governs all feature work. When in doubt, do less.
