Add create field wizard

Currently after the user has created a farm and added the fields, the user does not have the ability to add extra fields to a farm. A wizard is required for this. The wizard should contain the following steps:

1. Select field from the map
2. Update the field properties, like cultivation and soil properties
3. Update the cultivation properties, including harvests
4. Add the fertilizer appplications
