Add field page does not set the cultivation option dropdown to anything

- Click "maak een perceel" or "nieuw perceel" on the farm fields list page.
- Click on one of the colored fields on the map.
- You will see no cultivation is selected by default. One should be normally selected based on the field details from the dataset.
