Prerequisites in README.md mentioned:

86x64 requires macOS with Command Line Tools installed.

However, at least nasm and llvm packages are required.

File src/86x64/static-interpose.sh depends on macho-tool, which should be built with directory src/macho-tool and searched via $PATH.
