Feature summary

Add an option to allow the layout list to pop up in a user-defined section (two, one for keybind-summoned, another for clicking on the bar widget): attached (to the bar), floating (near the bar), center of the screen, corner (bottom/top left/right), or on cursor position.

Motivation / use case

It would be useful because the user would not have to click (or use the keybind) and look towards a specific part of the screen instead of their preferred one. If the user clicks the widget in the bar, and the bar is located at the top of the screen, the user then has to look to the opposite side at the bottom right corner of the screen to see the layout list, which is far from ideal.

Proposed solution

Add an option to allow the layout list to pop up in a user-defined section (two, one for keybind-summoned, another for clicking on the bar widget): attached (to the bar), floating (near the bar), center of the screen, corner (bottom/top left/right), or on cursor position.
