[phone-connect][BUG] media widget in the panel doesn't update during playing

Bug description

The media widget in the phone-connect panel only updates when playing is started, but never during playing.

The similar widget in the control center updates correctly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start playing a media on the phone

Expected behavior

The time in the media widget in the phone-connect panel keep updating.

Actual behavior

The time in the media widget in the phone-connect panel is stuck.
