I have a On Wallpaper Changed hook which changes my RGB room lights and RGB mouse lights to match my wallpaper, would love for this to work with the Video Wallpaper plugin.

Motivation / use case

Works perfectly with static wallpapers.

Proposed solution

It could work exactly like the current On Wallpaper Changed hook.
